Le BIPAC 7402NX, un routeur pare-feu Dual-WAN 3G/VPN ADSL2+, est un appareil de réseau de pointe pour les TPE. Il dispose d'un port USB permettant de brancher un modem 3G/HSDPA fonctionnant comme un réseau WAN de sauvegarde fonctionnant comme un relai automatique lorsque la connexion ADSL2+ lâche. Le BIPAC 7402NX se connecte sur un réseau ADSL2+ ou 3G pour offrir une connexion ininterrompue.

Excellent product

Bought this product from Expansys. Fast delivery and excellent service (even though I messed up the original order). The product (as shown) comes with: - power adaptor - 1 network cable - com port lead (which I haven't used) - Quick start manual - CD with full manual, quick start manual and quick start software Had everything working in 4 minutes out of the box!! 1) Device plugs in to mains and the phone socket via a ADSL filter (not supplied). 2) Connect a PC to the adaptor using the network cable supplied. 3) Ensure your PC leases an TCP/IP address (quick start covers this if you're not sure) 4) Open your favorite browser and enter the URL of the 7402NX 5) Enter username (admin) and password (admin) at the 7402NX login 6) Configure your ADSL login details - Done! OK, so there's lots more you can configure ... - Dynamic DNS - DHCP leasing (permament leases) - Wireless settings (the usual info) - Firewall settings - Routing etc. etc. etc. But all so simple and intuative. The full user manual on the CD is excellet, well written and worth a read - even if you've used network devices before. with this device I've increased my download speed by 1Mbps from previous device. Also the Billion support staff are excellent (I asked them a number of questions before choosing this product). A firmware update is available, which I've applied - again simple download, login to router, select upgrade, point to file - Done! Highly recommended.
